Refund Policy

Pro is a one-time purchase that unlocks the paid features for the lifetime of the account. If you're not happy with Pro for any reason, email us within 14 days of your purchase and we'll refund it in full — no questions asked.

To request a refund, just contact us at the email address below with the email you used at checkout. There is no form to fill out and no reason required.

Payments for Pro are handled by Paddle, our payment provider and merchant of record. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method by Paddle, and typically appear within a few business days depending on your bank or card issuer.

Separately from Pro, LightBox accepts optional donations. Donations are voluntary and non-refundable — they don't grant any extra features and simply help keep the free tier free for everyone.
